Process Flow

One-step Molding, No Sintering Required

AmorCore applies a full-cycle atmosphere-protected forming process for bulk amorphous alloy components, integrating raw material preparation, vacuum melting, precision molding and follow-up surface treatments.

Compared with traditional powder metallurgy and sintering routes, this process helps achieve high dimensional accuracy, stable material properties and efficient production for complex amorphous metal parts.
